Welcome to www.reloaderhub.com. This website ("Site") is owned by Alliant Techsystems Inc., its subsidiaries, and/or related companies (collectively "ATK," "our" or "us"). This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is made by and between ATK and you ("you" or "your"). This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that govern your use of this Site. Please read this entire Agreement carefully, as it contains terms and conditions that may affect your legal rights.

By accessing, viewing, using, visiting or attempting to interact with this Site, clicking the "I Accept" button to this Agreement, or continuing to access, view, use, visit, or attempt to interact with this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, agree to follow, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. ATK reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms of this Agreement or the Site at any time and in its sole discretion without further notice. Any changes or modifications will be effective upon including the changes or modifications on the Site. Your continued use of this Site following the changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Therefore, you should frequently review this Site's Terms of Use each time you visit the Site. If you do not accept this Agreement, you are not authorized to use this Site.



  1. GENERAL USE

    This Site is provided for your personal and non-commercial use, education, and enjoyment. The comments, opinions, recommendations and other information contained on this Site are not necessarily shared, endorsed, reviewed or approved by ATK. Failing to use safe and manufacturer-recommended loading practices and specifications could result in property damage, severe personal injury and/or death. All information provided on this site should be confirmed with current, published, and tested data from the manufacturers of your reloading equipment and supplies. In addition, you agree that you have read and agree to abide by the Safety Guidelines.

  2. USER CONTENT

    This Site may now or in the future permit the submission, posting or e-mailing of software, text, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, plans, notes, images, drawings, graphics, video, audio and other material by or at the direction of users of the Site ("User Content"), and permit the hosting, sharing, posting and/or publishing of such User Content. You shall be solely responsible for User Content you submit and the consequences of ATK's hosting, sharing, posting and/or publishing such User Content. In connection with any User Content you submit, you affirm, represent, and warrant that: (i) you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use, and you authorize ATK to use, all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, proprietary or other intellectual property rights in and to any and all User Content to enable inclusion and use of the User Content in the manner contemplated by the Site and this Agreement; and (ii) you have the written consent, release, or permission to use, and you authorize ATK to use, the name, image, or likeness of each individual identified in the User Content.

    Do not use this Site as a means of submitting information you consider to be confidential or proprietary. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, in ATK's Privacy Policy, or in a written agreement with ATK applicable to your particular use of this Site, no User Content is confidential and all User Content will be considered a contribution to ATK for further use in its sole discretion, regardless of any proprietary claims or reservation of rights noted in the submission. ATK shall be entitled to the unrestricted use of this material for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. By posting, sharing, uploading, distributing, publishing or otherwise submitting the User Content, you hereby grant ATK a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, create, prepare derivative works of, modify, display, and perform all or any portion of the User Content in connection with the Site and ATK's business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Site (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels. You also hereby grant each user of the Site a non-exclusive license to access your User Content through the Site, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such User Content as permitted through the functionality of the Site and under this Agreement. ATK or its agents may maintain copies of any User Content for purposes of backup, security, or maintenance, or as required by law.

  3. CONDUCT ON SITE

    You may use this Site only for lawful purposes expressly permitted by this Site. You may not use this Site for any other purpose without ATK's express prior written consent. Neither this Site, nor any portion of this Site, may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, displayed, sold, resold, visited, or exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of ATK.

    You agree not to interfere, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to this Site. You further agree not to download or copy any content or product information for the benefit of any third-party, or use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You agree that you will not upload, share, post, publish, submit or otherwise distribute or facilitate distribution of any content that:

    1. Is unlawful, dangerous, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortious, or sexually explicit/graphic;

    2. As ATK continues to develop its business, we might sell or buy subsidiaries or business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the obligations made in any pre-existing privacy policy.

    3. Is inconsistent with the objective and subject matter of the Site;

    4. Victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, disability or other protected status;

    5. Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, proprietary or other intellectual property right of ATK or any third party;

    6. Constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, junk or bulk email (also known as "spamming"), chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling;

    7. Contains software viruses, Trojan horses or any other computer codes, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment, or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of ATK or any third party;

    8. Impersonates any person or entity, including any of ATK's employees or representatives; or

    9. That otherwise violates our rules or policies or the terms of this Agreement.

  4. REMOVAL OF CONTENT

    ATK may remove any User Content, in its sole discretion and for any reason, without prior notice. ATK also reserves the right to decide whether User Content is appropriate and complies with this Agreement.

    ATK does not permit the infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights on this Site, and we will remove all User Content if properly notified that such User Content infringes on another's intellectual property rights. If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any User Content infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") by providing ATK with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail): (i) a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site; (iii) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled and information reasonably sufficient to permit ATK to locate the material; (iv) information reasonably sufficient to permit ATK to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail; (v) a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (vi) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.   5. TERMINATION OR RESTRICTION OF ACCESS

    ATK reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without notice, at any time and for any reason, to: (i) remove or disable your access to all or any portion of the Site; (ii) suspend your access to or use of all or any portion of the Site; and (iii) terminate, amend, add to, or modify this Agreement.

  6. DISCLAIMER / LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY / INDEMNIFICATION

    ATK does not endorse, approve of or review any User Content for accuracy or compliance with safe reloading practices, and expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with any User Content or reliance thereon. By operating this Site, ATK does not represent or in any way imply that any User Content or other content on the Site is safe, accurate, recommended or useful.

    YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACTING UPON ANY OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THIS SITE, IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. ATK MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SITE OR YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING ABOUT THE SAFETY, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SITE'S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY SITES LINKED TO THIS SITE.   9. MISCELLANEOUS

    This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in Minnesota in connection with any dispute between you and ATK arising out of this Agreement or visiting or using this Site. The parties to this Agreement agree that the mandatory and exclusive forum and venue for any such dispute shall be in a court of competent jurisdiction in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

    If any part of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.

    You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and ATK as a result of this Agreement or use of this Site.

    These Terms of Use constitute the entire Agreement among the parties relating to this subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between the user and ATK with respect to the Site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any additional terms and conditions on this Site will govern the items to which they pertain.
